Online service

If you have forgotten all of your login credentials you can contact us on 0345 300 3833* and they’ll reset your online service and enable you to re-register.

* Lines are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Calls may be monitored and/ or recorded for security and service improvement purposes.

Making a payment

The minimum payment is the minimum amount you are legally obliged to pay on to your account each month. If you make the minimum payment each month, overall you will pay more interest and it will take longer to clear your balance.

Your minimum payment is shown on your paper statement, on your eStatement, in the Partnership Card online service and in the Partnership Card app.

Change or unblock PIN

Changing your details

You can amend your preferred store by logging in at Partnership Card online service, go to the ‘Personal settings’ tab and click ‘Contact details and preferences’.

Statements and transactions

Please log in to Partnership Card online service, select ‘Personal settings’ and then click on 'Manage my statements' and select ‘Online only’. You will need to have an email address registered to your account.

Please Note: On the anniversary of your account opening you will receive an Annual statement with your normal monthly statement that must be posted to you for legal reasons irrespective of your stated statement format preference.
